When an ordinary person is acknowledged at a young age for doing astonishing things, it is easy to be misinterpreted. Zeeshan, a.k.a. Zee Jay is DJ who may have fallen into that category in past, but now after 27 years of his life, he struggles ahead with projects that finally allows people to understand who the man behind the myth really is! Born and raised in Karachi.


Zee Jay's first steps into the world of electronic music were made when he was 15. It started with experimenting and learning the ways of simple music. Inspired by a great DJ / RJ Junaid Mumtaz, approach towards Trance & Progressive was made which was transformed into Electro, Tribal and finally House. Constant work on music development and extensive research resulted in promoting his first CD.


Zee Jay's career began with a solo mix CD "Through the eyes of my soul" that took a considerable amount of time and emotions. Advertising ads on Internet about his upcoming album and distributing free copies to various promoters and DJs, resulted in offers for international gigs. Zee Jay, although unknown initially in international market, ended up playing for a gig in Dubai in 2006, which was a big chaotic breakthrough of his career. Hands up or hands down, Zee Jay is always on it. Only the finest DJs identify Djing as being able to understand people and trap them into the experience for a journey. Zee Jay is distinguished for reaching an optimum level at his style that is described as "House" which consists of good presence of Progressive and break beat element. Whether you're immersed in the journey on the dance floor or fixated on his delicate mixing strategies from behind the decks, you can see and feel that Zee Jay is one of those rare, inspirational DJs who can motivate his crowds to successive levels of anticipation. His unstoppable energy behind the decks has been standstill for over 5 years that incorporates house, tech house, funky techno and soulful breaks.


Zee jay's passion has changed his entire life towards one single motive: Music! To which he seems fully and heartily committed. When asked his reason behind this passion, he only smiles with a reply :
