[ENG] Gifted with a peerless sense of syncope, stirring tunes and knowing how to set a high value on each instrument, Xtract Soporiphy went on stage for the first time in November 2006 during "La Nuit des Artistes" in Lausanne, followed by a great success at the "Grand V Rock" in Venne.
The band: a giant guitarist-singer, a Rock'n'roll back vocals bass player, a deaf back vocals drummer, a non-stop smiling trumpet player, a hairy tenor-saxophonist, a blond baritone-saxophonist and a trombone-player set on springs, gives us a punchy and well ground ska-punk!
The ambition of this band is to accede to bigger smoky floodlighted stages, his influences are various. From Youngblood Brass Band to Streetlight Manifesto going through Reel Big Fish or Sonic Boom Six, Xtract Soporiphy reaches a broad public.

"We all admire the spangled acrobat with classical grace meticulously walking his tight rope in the talcum light; but how much rarer art there is in the sagging rope expert wearing scarecrow clothes and impersonating a grotesque drunk! I should know." (Vladimir Nabokov) Thank you for your friendship! Musical greetings from Munich/Germany! Feel free to download my music!
