This past weekend I did a wedding shoot in Seaside Florida (which was the location for The Truman Show), of my friend Mark. This is his father's grandfather. Mark's dad died about 3 years ago. His grandfather had some major health issues many years ago, and mostly sits and stares, while smoking and drinking coffee. He asked me, "Do you wanna take my picture". A timeless face that I couldn't resist, this was his pose.

the way you can capture a man just the way he is is amazing... so i have to ask, what is it? is it the color or the lighting or do they just always come out so perfect? maybe a really nice lense or a tint added on later? All your pictures just have some sort of feel to them that ive wanted to be able to capture for so long (im about to get my first digital slr, maybe thatll let me do it) but its just amazing.
