Weight of atlas was formed by Erik and Stephen based on mutual respect and admiration of early new wave music. They recognized that the sound was back bigger than ever in great acts such as interpol and bloc party. They formed because they had something to say. Erik a drummer turned guitarist/songwriter/vocalist with steve on bass formed the foundation. We are weight of atlas.
