POTENTIAL CLIENTS PLEASE READ

If you are looking for illustration or design work, please email me at SUNDAYCRITIC626@AOL.COM with specifics about the job, including what kind of artwork you need (cd layout, logo, clothing design, illustration, etc). I will get back to you with a custom quote for that particular job and my availability time frame.

All commissioned work requires 50% of the artwork fee upfront. This is used as a non refundable kill fee* (see below), this of course applies to your total balance. Please don't ask me for free art, I will not respond.

If you can't use Paypal, you can send a money order through the mail. I do not accept personal checks, if they are sent to me they will be returned! If you are paying by money order, an address will be provided upon request.

After the 50% is received and when complete, a low resolution design proof will be sent to you via email. After revisions (if any) are made and the art is approved, a final invoice will be sent out, please pay this within one week. High resolution print files will be supplied once that balance has been paid in full.

Please note that I will not send out print files until the balance has been paid. Past experiences have forced me to be very diligent with this policy. If you are on a tight schedule it's may be best to pay for the artwork in full upfront, that way print files can be sent the minute the design is approved. Paying by Paypal also speeds things up.

Reproduction rights are transfered to the client as the balance has been paid in full. All artwork copyright belongs to me, Branden Hughes and I will use the artwork for any reason I decide including but not limited to, my portfolio, advertising, prints or online distribution.

*KILL FEE: A payment by the client to the graphic artist when the client does not use a commissioned work. The kill fee includes two types of payment: a cancellation fee and rejection fee. This means that if the client decides they do not want the design at any point during the design process for whatever reason, the 50% deposit and artwork (files and reproduction rights) remain with the designer for time and effort already put into the job.
