The recluse of the 8bitpeoples bunch, Twilight Electric is an elusive figure in the jungles of New York. Keeping behind the scene, but with great support for it, his works are a sexy mix of VGM, 80s pop, and pure emotion. Not being of a traditional musically trained background, the outcome of his work depends on what tickles his ear. Spoon-fed with the likes of Super Mario Brothers, Megaman, Metroid, Hendrix, Vangelis, and YMO -- it becomes apparent what his ears like to hear. Bothered by the lack of cohesiveness in the netlabel scene, Twilight Electric created Bleepwatch.com -- a hub for all things netlabel, organized in a single space. With his sworn allegiance to the 8bitpeoples, he carries on his steady path into the future, while never forgetting the past.
