ok so heres how life has been these past few months....after the drama of breaking up with my last boyfriend i met the most wonderful guy and now wee are planning to get married in april. immediately as we broke the news to friends and family our lives were turned upside down b/c we are trying to plan a small wedding in charleston, sc in almost less that 5 months, and now hes away at navy boot camp its left up to me to do the bulk of the work. he did get to help make some calls and stuff before he left but its up to me now to make things happen. i ordered my dress, located where to order flowers and the cake, and trying to organize my maid of honor and his best man to get there respective clothing items ordered. i still have to find shoes and jewelry, make sure his mother has an appropriate dress and get stuff for the centerpieces. but the downside of all this is that im in the middle of starting a new job which means i wont be pulling in full paychecks for a couple weeks so i cant start getting things until then so i guess i cant stress to much. i printed a sample of my invitations and they look great im gonna do a lot of the stuff myself to save money hopefully it will turn out like it does in my head. then after we get married ill be living on base so yes that means i will be a navy wife which is gonna be a completely new experience for me since ive never been around many military people. but i did get to go to charleston to look at the neighborhood we would be living in and it is so cute and quaint, and then found out some really good news that on base housing is totally free no rent or utilities so that will really help us not having to pay for those things b/c we plan on having kids soon. i cant believe how my live has turned out in the these few months im loving it, and cant wait to get started.
