"TROOST: A Street Musical" is a new documentary film about Troost Avenue in Kansas City, MO - the historical dividing line between blacks and whites. Filmmakers Sam Sullivant and Brian Bustos put a new twist on documentary film making by writing original music to provide the narrative, rather than using traditional voice over. The result is a profound and thought provoking film that tells its story in a unique and original way - through song.
