The Way of the Arts

I feel I have a way with the arts, but I must say its more of a relationship then anything. In the beginning I am the director, but later I am the directed. There is a point when the arts has it's way with me. I often start a design (art, music, poetry) not knowing where it will lead me, But once I reach a certain stage in the design, it starts to develop an identity of it's own, it seems to have a moment of self realization if you may. From that point on, it leads me, to further complete it's character.
