I'm aggravated with people (creationist) giving "God" all the credit all the time for everything that they find good, beautiful, and right, in their lives. This man-made "God" gets all of the credit that should go to Mother Nature. People should start respecting Mother Nature, not God. If people don't take care of the world, don't take care of Mother Nature, she will die, and us along with her. Admit it; there is and will be no God to save us when we have destroyed the planet and all of its resources. I'm sure the creationist will call it Armageddon, and apply some supernatural reasoning for it, but the truth is, it would just be mans doing.

I think it is quite curious that religious people have to use heaven as their motivation to act "good." If they are only acting good because they want to go to heaven, is the act really good? I mean, after all, their motivation is selfish...

Dead silence. heads turned, necks cracked, all eyes on me, you could hear a cricket chirp. "The God what?" She asked...

I think that not only have I brought life into the world, but by bringing life, I have also brought death. For every life ends in death. Perhaps I'm caught up in the momentum of evolution. Perhaps I think too much, but In the wake, I am unable to be thoughtless, so therefore I think of such things as even this.

Why don't I believe that a supernatural being exist? It's pretty simple actually, as I stated, there's simply no direct evidence that supports that a god exist. That is a big one, NO EVIDENCE. Not to mention that it would seem rather egotistical to believe that the universe was created just to be disposed of by man. But what makes me most skeptical is what I have observed as the reasons why believers do believe.
