This isn't actually a 'band' site per se; I just wanted to be able to have a personal page where I could also post some music that I've made over the years.

Descarga KC was a Latin jazz project I formed with Pablo Sanhueza in April of 2003 and continued to direct until I moved to China in February of 2005. 'La Cosecha' features Stan Kessler on trumpet and James Isaac on saxophone.

'Erin's Song' was written after said female left my ass (and Kansas City) to move to Chicago.

'Captain Bruce/Rustling in the Leaves/The Motherfucking Reel' is an original tune set performed with Eddie Delahunt on guitar, Brett Gibson on accordion and Bruce MacBain on bodhran.

'Water Pump' was written and originally performed by Let's Go Bowling, covered here by the imaginary band that I would put together if there were enough musicians in this town to have a violin/flute/bass/chinese flute/melodica/guitar/tenor guitar/plastic bucket/water bottle/drinking glasses/bodhran/red bull can shaker and other assorted junk percussion ensemble.

'About What?' is a spoken word piece for four voices based on taped responses I collected to the question 'What do you think?'

'Human Error' is a protest piece compiled from found sound.

The videos are not music videos, but little pieces I put together relating to life here in China.

Feedback on any or all of the content is welcome. Enjoy!
