So I went out and got the Dustin Kensrue - Please Come Home CD today. It is an amazing CD. I have had it for a little more than 2 hours and have already listened to it twice. There's definite influence's from Johnny Cash (instrumentally), Cat Stevens (lyrically) and blues (feeling). The entire CD is honest, heartfelt and original. Definitely no filler or over inflated self-image within the 8 tracks. Just beautifully crafted music within the span of 29.6 minutes. This is an instant classic. More than worth the $12.00 spent on it. There are also 3 live (high-quality) videos as the enhanced portion of the CD. Not only is this a simple yet elegant album musically, the cover art is equally well done and lines up perfectly with the feeling of the CD. Take a look. Take a listen.
