In April 2006 four musicians met in the studio for the very first time. In only 5 months of intensive work, they've produced their first album called "Create Yourself!".
One year later The Sonic Boom Foundation played highly acclaimed festivals all over Europe.

They took the stage by storm at Highfield 2007 (GER), Frequency 2007 (AT), Nature One 2007 (GER), Rave on Snow 2007 (AT), JuicyBeats 2007 (GER), Turntabledays 2007 (GER), SonneMondSterne 2007+2008 (GER), Gampel 2008 (CH), Springbreak 2008 (GER)...

The Sonic Boom Foundation played with Deichkind, Faithless, Carl Cox, Kosheen, Goose, Shitdisko, Client, IAMX, We are Scientists, The Enemy etc.

Despite the doom of the major music industry, the band signed to Indie-Label VelocitySounds Rec. in summer 2008 and released their first 'official' album "The Sonic Boom Foundation" in October 2008.

High energy performances are always guaranteed due to the combination of live drums, bass, keyboards and programmed sequences.
Top that off with the hypnotic and frenzied on-stage antics of the vocalist, who entertains with thoughtful and witty observations and you are left with a recipe for success.
Mainly inspired by the cult English Rave and Madchester Scene sound, the band have added their own flavours, the result of which is an unique new style.
