Follow the band via the morning papers to a meeting with their record label, and a new acoustic version of 'Sixteen Forever' in their London office. The second half of the show gives you an insight into the creative process of the band as you hear them put together a backing track for a new song, then take it to a rehearsal - all recorded, as it happened,on the day.
