With a mix of classic pop songwriting, stomping choruses and stick-in-your-head melodies next to fresh new sounds, The Shakes have already earned themselves a massive fanbase. Fiercely loyal and seriously loud.

Singles I Want A Better Life and Liberty Jones were played on XFM, Radio 2, BBC 6Music, Indie 103.1 in LA and 102.7 WEQX in New York. Both were #1s in the Worldwide Podcasting Music Chart. The band played for Tiscali's VIPs at the Reading Festival for the first time last Summer.

The Shakes are recording their debut album with James Lewis (Artic Monkets, Morning Runner, dead 60s, The On Offs) this May.
