I am in Product Mangement for a mobile software company where I crash into a marble glassy building in La Jolla each day amongst stiffies in suits with my rebel coworkers in tshirts and jeans. I live in North Park, which is quite possibly the most fun area to live in San Diego. I am originally from Montana...I go back from time to time. I love art, music, outdoors, most things that make the mind or body move.

City Running in the Morning Apr 4

I am finding that nothing really beats this new ritual I have going on. At 6:20 AM, I get up, throw my hair back, put on some workout clothes and a sweatshirt, tie my shoes up, strap on my iPod and walk out the door. (Oh, and let the bunny out to play.) I run past several churches, community centers, schools, a Zoo, a huge park and a community college. Then I run past it all again, in reverse order. Sometimes I see the same people, sometimes I see different ones. In the end, my mind is finally empty and I can start another day.
