I've been busy. Too busy to write... anything. I suppose that it is a good thing. I am making money (cha-ching). My advertising campaign has come through again and the phone and email line is out the door.
Anyway...I am now in my 6th month of Crossfit. My back no longer hurts all night. My sleep is peaceful. My swayback is gone. My head is clear. My belly is hungry (and I feed it of course). I am at peace with the world (well, maybe not).
My day started out terrible. I awoke in a terrible mood. My kids woke up grumpy. I was too tired to work out at 6am. I have a horrid project that needed my attention today and everything that could go wrong, did go wrong- plus a few. I was busy working hard, trying to concetrate on my shit project, when I let my dog in from outside. Then suddenly I realized she had stepped in SHIT and was walking on my freshly shampood carpet! ARG..... So much for getting anything done.
Thank goodness my afternoon went a little smoother- I had a meeting with a motivational speaker. Thats a sure way to clear up any cloudy day.
And then I realized, it was Wednesday.... a text message kindly reminded me to buy Matthew Good Tickets! Yay! Thank you for touring the United States! See you in March. You made my day.
Ticketmaster SUCKS....conspiracy.
