THEANTI

Indie / Experimental / Rock

Kentland, IN

Billboard

2008 will see THEANTI release their highly anticipated first full-length album, Pollen, with the reunion of Marc Nelson playing the role of rhythm section, and Josh Ramon to continue penning the lyrics and strumming the guitar. Demo sessions have begun, as they've opted to record all of the songs on their own before spending time and money on a studio to avoid rushing the writing process.

A select few demo's will be released on a split with fellow Indiana indie-rock quartet Signals.
Check back for tour dates and scattered performances throughout the Midwest.

"Theanti combines the raw speed and intensity of punk, the aggressive yet artsy melodicism of post-hardcore and the gritty clang of indie-rock to create songs that burn with a raw passion that is extremely rare." - IndependentClauses.com

"We all admire the spangled acrobat with classical grace meticulously walking his tight rope in the talcum light; but how much rarer art there is in the sagging rope expert wearing scarecrow clothes and impersonating a grotesque drunk! I should know." (Vladimir Nabokov) Thank you for your friendship! Musical greetings from Munich/Germany! Feel free to download my music!
