The band was established on January 1995. After some years of "live" tours with covers inspired by anglo-saxon music and strictly in english, the SHW began to write its own songs. On May 2004 the band self-produced the first demo, "Psychotheque EP", which contains five songs plus a videoclip of the unpublished Momentary Visions. Thanks to this demo they participated in several national competitions and festivals (Video in Cantiere, Rockafé, Relazioni Sonore, Fly-zone, Vakerock, Emergenza Festival, Umbria Rock, Rock Targato Italia, Arezzo Wave, Red Rock Festival, Orquestra, etc...).
On January 9, 2006, "Psychotheque" come out in many music stores as a début album published by the New LM Records (Ravenna - Italy) and distributed by Masterpiece. On February of the same year, instead, the band made the videoclip of "Broken", one of the most promising songs of Psychotheque. The videoclip has been directed by Michele Rosania, who is also the script-writer. At the same time the record was promoted on several webzines: Rockit.it, Kronic.it, Music Boom.it, Live Rock.it, RockShock.it, Territorio Musicale.com, 29100.it, Gufetto.it, Kalporz.it, Sonikmusik.com, Musicheart.it, Sensorium.it, Altatensione Network.it, Losing Today.it, Troublezine.it, etc. It was also publicized in some specialized magazines (Il Mucchio Selvaggio, Blow Up, Rumore, Ritual, Freequency, Rock Star, Losing Today, etc.) and it was played on various web-radio and FM (radiocittafutura.it, rtvslo.si, rlb.it, radioconegliano.it, facoltadifrequenza.it, fpml.it, radiosiena.com, kristallradio.it, radiomusicaemergente.net, rl1.it, radiokcentrale.it, nuovenote.it, etc.) during the period between December 2005 and April 2006. On April the SHW made the second videoclip of the album, with the song "Epochal Babel". On May the band started a collaboration with the Alkemist Fanatix Europe (Tuscany), which is responsible for the management of the SHW (promotion through radio - internet - TV - press - licence for distributing the album abroad, public relations, and so on). May, June and July 2006: summer tour which drove the band to many festivals and competitions throughout Italy. 8 of June 2008: after one year and half spent in their rehearshal room for the writing, arrangement and production SHW unleash the brand new single "TC" in Cooperation with Incipit Recordings (Label) and Alkemist Fanatix Europe (Management). The song will have an amazing videoclip directed by Michele Rosania of Dirac Studio.

L'idea di formare una band è partita nel gennaio del 1995. Dopo alcuni anni di intensa attività "live" con covers in lingua inglese, gli SHW hanno cominciato a comporre musica propria e nel Maggio del 2004 hanno autoprodotto il loro primo demo dal nome "Psychotheque EP" contenente 5 brani più il videoclip dell' inedito "Momentary Visions" che ha permesso loro di partecipare a numerosi concorsi nazionali (Video in Cantiere, Rockafè, Relazioni Sonore, Fly-zone, Vakerock, Emergenza Festival, Umbria Rock, Rock Targato Italia, Arezzo Wave, Red Rock Festival, Orquestra ecc...). Il 9 gennaio 2006 è uscito nei negozi di dischi "Psychotheque", l'album d'esordio della band per la casa discografica "New LM Records" di Ravenna con distribuzione Masterpiece e nel mese di febbraio è stato prodotto "Broken", il primo videoclip estratto dal progetto con la regia e la sceneggiatura a cura del regista fiorentino Michele Rosania.
Contemporaneamente ha avuto inizio la promozione del disco su diversi portali musicali (webzines): Rockit.it, Kronic.it, Music Boom.it, Live Rock.it, RockShock.it, Territorio Musicale.com, 29100.it, Gufetto.it, Kalporz.it, Sonikmusik.com, Musicheart.it, Sensorium.it, Altatensione Network.it, Losing Today.it, Troublezine.it ecc..., alcune riviste di settore: Il Mucchio Selvaggio, Blow Up, Rumore, Ritual, Freequency, Rock Star, Losing Today ecc... e diverse web-radio e FM (radiocittàfutura.it, rtvslo.si, rlb.it, radioconegliano.it, facoltàdifrequenza.it, fpml.it, radiosiena.com, kristallradio.it, radiomusicaemergente.net, rl1.it, radiokcentrale.it, nuovenote.it ecc...) per tutto il periodo dicembre/aprile.
Il mese di aprile 2006 ha segnato la realizzazione di "Epochal Babel", il secondo videoclip e nel mese di maggio è iniziata la collaborazione con l'agenzia toscana "Alkemist Fanatix Europe" che curerà il management della band (promozione attraverso radio - internet - TV, ufficio stampa, licenze per distribuzioni estere, public relations ecc...). Maggio-Giugno-Luglio 2006: tour estivo che ha portato la band a suonare in diversi contest, concorsi e rassegne in giro per tutta la penisola italiana. 8 Giugno 2008: Dopo un anno e mezzo di composizione, arrangiamento e produzione, gli SHW, in collaborazione con "Incipit Recordings (Label)" ed "Alkemist Fanatix Europe (Management)", pubblicano in anteprima il brano "TC": primo singolo del nuovo album in studio della band al quale sarà legato un videoclip professionale prodotto da Dirac Studio e diretto dalla sapiente regia di Michele Rosania.
