Fire your boss! After the ruling class in Argentina bankrupted the country with the help of the IMF and World Bank, they left in the middle of the night with truckloads of cash surrounded by a police escort. The workers were left without pay for months and decided to take matters into their own hands and sieze the factories they helped create. They decided to run these factories without bosses, by themselves in cooperative and collective structures: one person one vote. They raised their pay and their voices. Imagine not having to live as a wage-slave in America, where we could dispense with the corporate rhetoric (bullshit) of "team player", "associate" or "family" when they try to convince us to work longer hours for less pay. We should dispense with the whole concept of "the boss," even when they wear kid gloves. They are often the worst form of gutter scum that use intimidation, lies, and distortion to maintain their power. Well, this happened in Argentina.
