Hello my friend and happy belated Independence Day! I hope yours was awesome, mine was pretty introspective, being in a foreign country and all. Sicily is cool, but being anywhere besides the states and preparing for this Afica trip really makes me glad and proud to be American. I take so much for granted, we all do. Independence Day just reminds me that a lot of people suffered for us and most people don't even care or realize. Viva USA, that's all I got!

I think I will be OK! I have been working out and eating well, I think I lost like 5 pounds. It is def like 110 degrees here everyday so it is hard to stomach anything but H2O during the day and vino at night!

Yea I liked drubby, but i think that bored is way hotter. Isn't Sicily beautiful?I have so many more pix of arcetecture and stuff. I have had a lot of opportunities to sketch and stuff, i just need to get a sewing machine

Damn sweetz, your bored at work choon is fucking awesome!!! I have not even had a chance to open my lab top, let alone fuck with acid! We are like 12 on 12 off 6 days a week. But it is nice having no responsibilites outside of work. The down fall? I think I am an alcoholic!! My whole squadron is a bunch of lushes!!!
