I started a cleansing diet today. Its a pretty popular one called "the master cleanse". It consists of drinking "lemonade" and eating nothing else for somewhere between 10 and 40 days ideally. The lemonade is:
1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 part pure grade B ma...
