i like that you are thinking of having some sort of mission statement on it. love the///// and the lines and the visual its very peaceful and shows a upper level of creation. i think that the plus sign/cross can be experimented with-perhaps a crimson red or a cool blue? its a fine line on separating the communication on to 2 lines. what do you think? its a personal call. i think you could also play on words a lil with the mission part: no suggestions.
ultimately a good idea! i wish more designers had a statement behind them. :)
