Borned and living in Marinha Grande an industrial city of Portugal , dj Nunez&Rock is on the music scene since 1993. Started as a bad guitar player in a punk influenced band, he started to develop some music culture and taste and started to consume every type of music from punkrock to popular music, theres no predilect artists or labels just anything that is played from rock to blues to jazz or ambient house tecnho trance anything is music and deserves our listening time.
whith the years going by Nunez decided that guitar doesnt fit anymore on is projects so he bougth a BASS guitar and started to be a quite good player for some years learning even more from music and the feeling of the music inside him, whith the emergence of dance scene he started to develop some interest on mixing and buyed some decks, an groovebox and a mixer and started spining, Later on that year he started working in a local disco as LJ and VJ, that step give him the chance to check out the dj's tricks whith the big world djs that played on that disco and learning something more about music mixing. Always fan of computers and new technologies he started to use some creation music software and whith the help of friend ze cariano an mequito he have learned to use cubase and the midi instruments and started to create his own tunes. Long time passed from that days and conciling his daywork whith his passion to music he achived a quite good skill on mixing and producing. Still working has somekind of a LJ-VJ-DJ in a big portuguese disco is hopeing to get the chance of starting playing as a dj on some partys.

Nunez likes to play phisicadelic ambient sounds whith hard kicks, mixing every type of music that fits the moment his playing, the most important to him is not to play what he likes but play for the audience and give them a real good time
