Hello friends! I just signed up on the Eve of the October Month! Anyway, I made this account to make friends with people who loves music and art in photography.
I love good pictures, though i really dont have that talent, at least i get to see some works by Virb people!

Anyway, im into Real Estate back in the Philippines, ill try make Virb my sanctuary. Maybe after my classes, i'll go straight home...study the 2 inch thick Real estate Book.... Then open my laptop...Check mails...And lastly, make a blurb for Virb..

Most of the blogs that i will write in the future is all about the current status of the properties in Philippines or in California. I also love reading books on success stories of businesses, Real Estate in different contingents are interesting for me, and Im currently learning some stuff on webdesign.

So if your a broker here in California, i will be glad to accept your opinions and advice considering the current market today. You will be a big help, since i'm taking a short course of Real Estate and Investment right now. I hope i pass the exams, and help people as an agent.

I also want to learn more on web designers!You'll be a savior for my listings that i created in my website. Please tell me what you think. Actually its still on the works, (its like 50% finished?) so please tell me some suggestions that you might give.

Ok. So About me???I enjoy playing basketball going to 24 fitness gym sometimes, and go swim there. I also like to eat american food such as burgers, fries, soda, and exotic foods!!! Also go out to the movies if im not busy... I love gadgets for my PC and soon ill buy a software for web designing.Any suggestions? I really like music..Old School Hip Hop and alternative rock are the majority of my preference....But i do listen to all types of music, like reggae, Punk Rock, but no boy bands and Britney stuff. Usually, old skool music is what you'll see on my ipod.

I can also say that i am independent and brutally honest with people. Some say, it would be ironic with my job because agents were perceived as sweettalkers and manipulative. I also despise plastic people, goddigers,users, and the like. Why do they still exist in this world?Enough with the bad stuff. Im also content with my life right now,travelling places and having the opportunity to meet some friends of different cultures. Im also serious with my goals in life, thats why im trying to do good in what i like ( Real Estate still). And would be glad to communicate some more new friends.
