Initially started as a punk rock label back in the early 1990s, Morphius has grown to include distribution, manufacturing, and our brand new studio Lord Baltimore Recording, all housed in a rambling Victorian office building here in Charm City. In addition to punk we carry metal, indie rock, reggae, soul, funk, electronic, hip hop, Baltimore club, post-punk, noise, mod rock, comedy (like Lewis Black & David Cross), and music that defies categorization.

Our studio, Lord Baltimore Recording boasts digital and analog production, featuring both vintage and new equipment to wholly capture the sound you're after. Recently recorded albums include the upcoming WZT Hearts sophmore effort and the debut Sun Come Undone by shoegaze revivalists Thrushes.
