Hi there. I'm Mike. I like people like you. I live in Southern California. I'm a Creative Principal at a design firm in Southern California and I run a non-profit called Ethur. I have a sexy girlfriend who is my wife and her name is Jennifer. I have some people skills and like to create things and do good. Most folks think they know what I'm up to and what I'm thinking. Unfortunately, they are often wrong. But I still love them anyways. I'm excited about tommorow as we all should be. You can read more at my blog at www.Ethur.org/blog
I founded/work at a design studio in Southern California called Plain Joe Studios. I have the honor and privelege to work with a large team of designers and creatives at the studio who in my opinion are some of the greatest people in the world. They let me be the Senior Creative Principal which means I go to a lot of meetings(so others can design) and I get to have a beautiful corner office that I'm never in. I also lead a non-profit called Ethur.org. We develop projects that promote spiritual and social change. We do cool crap and have a ton of fun. We are currently working on a project called the JunkyCarClub.com which deals with generosity. Also, developing a kung fu inspired book/website on integrity called the "Deadly Viper Character Assassins" which will be out this summer. It will have sweet pictures and pure ideas that will make doing the right thing fun again. In 2002 I founded a ministry called XXXchurch.com. We did a lot of cool things that were focused on loving people that a lot of people don't really like. I've been to more porn shows than I can count and the entire journey was captured in the award winning documentary Missionary Positions. I think my buddy Bill Day/The Director has now put it on GOOGLE video for all to see. I left XXXchurch in 2006 to launch other things that I'm extremely passionate about like poverty, environmental stewardship, and social justice. I'm having a blast. How bout you?
Hey Mike. It was great to see you at the Imagine Conference in Anaheim. I was part of the 2nd smaller workshop. I was really inspired by what you said about not just throwing money at something, but donating your time to a cause. I also just watched Missionary Positions and it was great to see you at different stages in your journey. Thanks for all you do. I'm looking forward to reading Deadly Viper, but haven't found it in the stores I've gone too. Peace, Taylor (originally from the not too distant Chino Hills)

"We all admire the spangled acrobat with classical grace meticulously walking his tight rope in the talcum light; but how much rarer art there is in the sagging rope expert wearing scarecrow clothes and impersonating a grotesque drunk! I should know." (Vladimir Nabokov) Thank you for your friendship! Musical greetings from Munich/Germany! Happy new year! Feel free to download my music!
