Originally hailing from New York City, I began playing music at an early age, playing the cello briefly and later the piano. In my early teens I began playing guitar, and still play to this day. Gradually as my musical interest evolved, I became intrigued by the sounds of drum & bass when first exposed by a friend. A few years later I gradually saved up enough money for turntables, and started buying records. Initially playing hip-hop, obsession with drum & bass soon eclipsed other musical styles as I began to hone my skills and build a formidable arsenal of vinyl. Now I am once again expanding my repertoire, and have begun to develop an interest in the sounds of minimal techno and house. Currently I am involved with an organization called InnerMission, which is dedicated to the expansion of drum & bass, electronic music, and underground hip-hop in our local community of Boulder, Colorado.
Stay tuned for forthcoming mixes.
