Gingger innovates the string section

I'm already seeing an increase in friend invites because of Virb's public launch. Although I do appreciate the fact there's still an invitational aspect to the site. It'd be nice to keep things cozy. I have gotten an exceptional amount of friend requests from bands. I'm not sure this is always the best use of this space, but I do appreciate learning about new music.

Today I got an invite from a female musician name Gingger. Since I always view friend invites before approving, I visited Gingger's page. I was really, really impressed with her music. Her style may not be for everyone, but I think nearly everyone can appreciate it. I, on the other hand, love her style of music. I'm really more of an ambient/trance listener these days. It's a weird interest since I never really like dance music all that much. I also enjoy classical and jazz.

What I like about Gingger's music is her use of all the styles I enjoy. To make the sonic layers more interesting, she's got hints of rock and world/ethnic influences mixed in. Her music is as truly diverse as her own personal background.

Although she's already famous from her work with movies, I strongly suggest you check her out! Because she's so talented, I'm sure you'll her more about her. That makes her an up-and-coming artist you oughta know about.
