Try to define the right moment when something starts to die to be born again.

Learning to draw an apple. Trying to draw it every single day, until getting the point of the perfection in the shape and shadows... Try to give to the image of the apple the aspect of being alive into the paper. Get all this before the apple turns dark by oxidation. This story could be well known for most of the people who study art painting. Yes, it's a very close personal story from my years of art student.

Think about the seeds in the white flesh of a fruit like the apple, without oxidation, loss and death, they wouldn't be able to give the roots of a new tree, they wouldn't give the new life that resides inside.

Manzana Oscura (Dark Apple) was created by Banshee in 2006, this project' name reflects the anxiety of the fragile existence. Manzana Oscura is a musical experimental project based in the question of Which is the moment when we start to die, the moment when the reason become emotion, the past in future... Everything happens in the present, death and rebirth.

Music starts when the images and words are not enough.

July 20, 2008.Today is the saddest day of my life,I have lost a very good friend.A kindred spirit has gone... a part of my heart is gone too. hope to find soon -in this grief- the heal for my pain and sorrow.It is a mourning day and time for me.
