Lonesome...like a fox is the side project of mine, Wesley Magyar, sometimes featuring Dorian Christensen, Nick Smith, Nicholas Perrin, Jason Pannel, and Joe Edelman, in no particular order or regularity, and a whole host of alter egos collectively refered to as the "Poor Man's Orchestra," bowing dulcimers, banjos, eletcric bass, guitars and whatever else comes up. It is attempt to create a hybridized style of danceable yet experimental folkish electronica that I playfully termed post hip, in reference to the death of the 20th century embodiment of a rock star, being slowly replaced by the computer savvy noise geek. It's "music to show your watch off to," So give some love for the New Kansas Crunk displaced in Washington state.
