Hiring people..

is difficult.
Especially if you're not predisposed to liking people much anyways. And although you want to hire friends, mostly you know they're not the right people for the job. I don't like being involved in the altering anyone's life path thing. But where would one find, smart, film nerd, web geeks in London? Surely they all fuck of to the States first chance they get?
Also, I really don't play well with others, unless of course , the others are awesome.
In other news, being the masochist that I am, I started watching the crime that is Rob Zombie's Halloween at the weekend...
