Ten has become Eleven

post a comment | posted Jun 22

Last week I went to Music Camp up at Camp Prince's Pines, and performed a song I wrote called "Your Name." This song was recorded by the honorable Greg Rommann, and has now made the album 11 songs instead of 10. I'll post it here as soon as I possibly can for your listening pleasure, so check back!

Album Commentary: "Eat, Sleep, Repeat" by Copeland

post a comment | posted Apr 13

When I first bought this album, I was disappointed that one of my favorite bands could have taken such a dull turn. The music of this album is definitely so original, that it is hard to get used to, and the lyrics seemed tiresome and meaningless to me. Christianity is not a Genre

1 comment | posted Jan 13

So, until recently I've classified myself as a Christian musician. That's still true, I guess, I'm still a Christian and I'm still a musician, but these past few weeks have especially racked my brain to decide how I should clarify this.
Music is a...

New Song - "Love and Cynicism"

post a comment | posted Jan 5

This is a song I wrote with the much-needed aid of a dictionary. It's funny how I can write songs like this, even though I've never even really had a girlfriend. I guess that's just the way it works sometimes. I don't have the music worked out perfectly yet, but here are the lyrics.
