joel, thank you so much for such thoughtful words. while i love schiele's figures, you are correct in saying that there isn't much of his work to be reflected in mine. rather, it is the texture of wyeth, the colour and visual texture of klimt that i find so mesmerizing. keep in touch, as i'm about to start a series of watercolour paintings similar in genre.
