Well here's what I do...most often, Work....Sleep....Work....Sleep....Go to Church.....Take a nap.....Enjoy the family.....Sleep

Sometimes, not often enough, I hang with my wife and my son. It's a work in progress, but I'm trying to slow down my pace and enjoy the simple things. It's something most people struggle with along the way sooner or later. There's hope for me yet.

Things I like to watch when I'm kicked back, The Unit (Awsome), CSI Miami & Vegas, The Amazing Race, Firefly (gone too soon), Stargate (maybe), Battlestar Galactica (sometimes), Scrubs, Mythbusters, and so on. You really need a PVR (Tivo) because there is too much crap on these days. Don't waste all your time with commercials and junk the industry forces on us, just pick the good stuff and enjoy the rest of the time with family and friends.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW
The #1 question for most, what are your interest? Everything to some extent. I'm easily distracted, so many things must interest me...right? I'm a tech guy and we're surrounded by tech 24/7. Oh, sometimes I miss the simple days without PDA phones, voicemail, and email. We have to shut if off every once and a while to stay human. When I need to unwind, I love to call about 14 friends together for some Halo LAN party action at the house. I enjoy the company of my friends, fun, fellowship, the way God intended. (maybe not with bloody headshots, but it works)

Listening to my Wife sing....DUDE ....It's one of my greatest joys in life. You have to hear it for yourself to understand! I'm not just bragging, she's awesome and anointed (and I don't use that term for everything). Plus, she's a wonderful friend if you make it in her circle. She will not let you down.

My son, watching him turn into a strong young man. It's sad and overwhelmingly exciting at the same time. You want to hold onto your children forever, but you do your best, pray for him, and watch how God moves in his life. He's got big dreams for his future, but I'm sure the Lord's plan for his life will blow us all away someday. I'm sure of it!
