NEVER! EVER! GET REPAIR/UPGRADE WORK DONE ON YOUR INSTRUMENTS AT GUITAR CENTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am currently having a bad experience with their guitar tech, Kurt. Long story short, I employed his services to install new pickups and preamp about two and a half months ago and its still not done.
