I just want to say a word of thanks and make a tribute to Dina Rabinovitch who has passed away this week. I want to thank her for her bravery in using her talent with words to communicate to all of us the processes that she went through trying to survive and while trying to be a mom. I thought she would live and it's been a big blow for all of us I am sure, that we have lost her from this world. I sent my thoughts to her family and friends.

Just got back last night from Amsterdam ... i think what impressed me most about that city is that there are so many modes of transportation ... you can ride your bike ... and the bikes are funky ... no one is trying to outdo each other on how expensive their bike is ... or you can boat it on your own boat through the canals ... take the tram ...or the bus ... and last and least ... the car ....you say ... so what ... well ... the most important thing - the most striking thing was ... I SAW SO MANY PEOPLE SMILING .... riding their bikes ... wind in their hair ... head in the sky ... and lots of excercised bottoms ... strong bodies ... beaming faces ... i guess the word is healthy ...maybe healthy makes happy? ... some bicycles had these large boxes infront where the children would sit ... WANT TO RIDE MY BICYCLE I WANT TO RIDE MY BIKE ...HERE ...

it's a beautiful day out there and when i finish this i am going out into the wild blue yonder ... i find it funny that somedays i can feel like this .. sort of coming apart at the seams ... just feeling different for no specific reason ... maybe it's because i ran out of petrol ( that's english for gasoline ) on a steep slope whilst on the school run .. had forgotten my phone .. and the movie continues..
