The Story

Itkevä tyttö (The Weeping Girl) is an art rock band originally from Rauma, Finland. Our latest album, Hiljainen Berliini was released in November 2007 through Kaakao Records. In the past we have released one album (Yö kylpyammeessa, 2006) and one EP (Sateenvarjokatu, 2005).

There's not a single girl in the band and none of us weep publicly - the name is a deceit.
