IMMUNDUS is the Dark Ambient music project from immundus himself, ex former bass member of the portuguese Death/Back metal band Necrokult of Kronos.
After moving to Norway on the year of 2003, wasn't until the end of 2006 that the opportunity to self-thought expression through music and ideas gave birth to the Dark/Black Ambient musical project under the same name as the pseudonim "Immundus".

Inspired by the many dark aspects of life, its mystery, horror, the force and sounds of mother nature, combined with mental chaos, psychotic dreams, and musical influences from depressive, gothic and black metal "atmospheres", Immundus intends to create eerie, haunting and bizarre atmospheres, yet beautiful and melancholic with intent to make skins crawl and turn purest dreams into nightmares.

First official release was the full-length "Torments" on Cdr through Dead Moon Records in December 2007, but after unsatisfaction the way the album came out and lack of promotion from part of the record label, a new edition of the album was then independently released in early May 2008 and currently available for purchase.

Immundus is currently writting new material for the 2nd full-length entitled "Haunted Memories", with expectation to be out later in 2008 or early 2009.
