IG Project

Born from the meeting between Gianni Maroccolo > and Ivana Gatti >

IG is a project > where experimentation and feminine music author magically melt each-other with naturalness, elegance and absolute sincerity, twisting Maroccolo's electronic-rock ambient music with Ivana's intimate universe.

And not only ...

IG is a work in progress, where music is lived at 360 degrees, with no limits or boundaries...

A real life experience and at the same time a brave artistic project.

In October 2005 was released on-line only the first Ep titled "Resta" followed by a mini-tour.

In April 2006 was released (only distributed on-line) the second Ep titled " Il linguaggio delle murene" followed by a short autumn tour in Italy, Belgium and Luxembourg.

In May 2007 came out the IG first work titled "Bastian Contrario", available in all shops and digital platforms, distributed by Ala Bianca/Warner. A precious box including 11 unreleased tracks, 2 bonus tracks remixed by Riccardo Tesio ( Marlene Kuntz ), Lorenzo "Jova" Cherubini and 12 art-videos in dvd format created by contemporary video artists Fabio Massimo Iaquone and Luca Attilii.

IG est un projet > où expérimentation et musique d'auteur au féminin se fondent magiquement l'un dans l'autre avec naturel, élégance et absolue sincérité en nouant acclimatation rock-électro de Maroccolo avec l'univers intimiste de Ivana.

Mais pas seulement...

IG est un « work in progress », où la musique est vécue a 360 degrés sans limites ou frontières...

Une vraie expérience de vie et au même temps un projet artistique courageux.

En octobre 2005 le premier EP sort seulement en ligne avec le titre « Resta », il est suivi d'un Tour.

En avril 2006 le deuxième EP sort seulement en ligne avec le titre « Il linguaggio delle murene », il est suivi d'une tournée automnale en Italie, Belgique et Luxembourg.

En mai 2007 l'oeuvre première de IG est disponible dans tous les magazines et plateaux numériques avec le titre « Bastian Contrario ». L'album est distribué par Ala Bianca / Warner, un précieux coffret qui contiens 11 morceaux inédit, 2 bonus tracks remixés par Riccardo Tesio (Marlene Kuntz) et Lorenzo « Jova » Cherubini et 12 videos-arts en format DVD crées par les metteur en scène contemporains Fabio Massimo Iaquone et Luca Attilii.

Una vera esperienza di vita e al tempo stesso un Progetto artistico coraggioso.

Ad Ottobre 2005 esce solo on-line il primo Ep dal titolo "Resta"> seguito da un mini-tour.

Nell'Aprile 2006 esce (distribuito solo on-line) il secondo Ep dal titolo "Il Linguaggio delle murene">, seguito da un breve tour autunnale in Italia, Belgio e Lussemburgo.

Maggio 2007 esce L'opera prima di IG dal titolo "Bastian Contrario"> (1) (2) disponibile in tutti i negozi e piattaforme digitali, distribuito da Ala Bianca/ Warner , un prezioso Cofanetto che racchiude 11 brani inediti , 2 bonus track remixate da Riccardo Tesio ( Marlene Kuntz) e Lorenzo " Jova" Cherubini e 12 video-art in formato Dvd creati dai video registi contemporanei Fabio Massimo Iaquone e Luca Attilii >
