I mainly just play Guitar Hero 2, but am very much looking forward to Rock Band.

Catan is out on Marketplace. If you enjoy the Settlers of Catan boardgame at all, this is so worth it - it's VERY well done! I know I'm going to be spending entirely too much time playing it.
And if you haven't played it before, I highly suggest getting the demo and trying it out.

I bought Catan to play with 3 very specific offline friends. I was pretty ticked when their networking bugs kept us from joining a game together. (I've been a bit vocal about it over in the official xbox forums.) Hopefully that's been fixed by now.
