I've tried a few different kinds of fake pocky over the years, but I can't say I've ever had Toppo. I'm going to stop in the Japanese grocery store in about an hour. I'll try some and come back here to post my review. If I don't like it, though, I'm leaving this group. Otherwise I'd feel like a Fake Pocky Fakey, and I guess that's about the worst thing you can be.

I'm back from the store. They didn't have any regular Toppo, but it's their fifth anniversary, and they had a sale on the white chocolate kind.
OK, this stuff is pretty darn good. In fact, I'm already on the second foil pack.
So...I'm in. I won't call myself a true Topponian until I've tried the regular kind, but if it's OK, I'd like to be considered a Topponian in training.
