its so close I can taste it, I read somewhere they think that the images from sylars eyes when he "died" of the people he killed was him losing all his powers, man what if hes powerless again! If he is it will be fun to watch him get more powers *evil grin complete with steepled fingers*

Chuck says:

Ok, I've been watching Heroes and I'm almost done with "Six Months Later" and I had this sudden thought, I'd say theory but it doesnt go far beyond a couple sentences.

Nathan and Peter Petrellis father is Not dead.

Wouldn't it make sense that Linderman with his ability to bring life back to anything that has passed on, wouldn't do the same for one of his employees. Maybe Linderman knew about the incoming deposition led by Nathan and convinced his father that if he were to die, they would call off the questioning. And in return he would bring him back. (side note, just as I typed that Mohinder said 'Find our way back') Yeah I'm nerding out.

I could even go as far as to say that maybe their father is the one the little girl mentioned as being worse than Sylar...hmmm Or would that be too "Darth Vader"

Let me know what you think.

*Geekgasm* That's an awesome theory... you're blowing my mind away! Now I hold you personally responsible if the writers don't go this route. :P Plus, it's much too early to start revving up the "Heroes" engine... I'm doing everything I can to put the show outta my mind until the new season begins. :P ;)

David Zulaica says:

Uluru is the one that's worse. I haven't read any of the graphic novels, but he's mentioned subtly throughout the first season.

posted Sep 20

DevotedSatellite333 says:

I haven't read the online comics either, so I'm assuming that you don't actually see "him"... so "Uluru" doesn't mean much at the moment since it could turn out to be a codename.

The season premiere is so close! :D

posted Sep 21

David Zulaica says:

But in the show, Uluru's been mentioned plenty in issues of 9th Wonders and even by D.L. when he first returns home. A codename perhaps, but it's a name nonetheless.

But, yeah, I can't wait for Monday.

I gave in and bought it, did anyone else watch the unaired original pilot? your thoughts on the story arcs they originally had?

yeah it was interesting to see the different character links they were coming up with but in all it was far too dark for my liking.

Hi everybody !
In carefully watching a certain chapter of the first season, we could see Noahs Bennet giving his visit card to Chandra Suresh.

Chuck says:

What if she wanted a hair cut...like a short lil pixie cut or a bobbed number, would it grow right back? that would get old.

posted Jul 15

melissa quinn. says:

i dont know, maybe if she doesnt want it to grow back it wont, but i dont know, she has such amazing hair -- would she want to cut it? some days i wish i had hair like hers.

Chuck says:

She has a make up crew, probably takes an hour to ge tit like that, your hair looks fine.

Dave says:

POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT ****** DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE LAST SHOW *****

OK, I don't follow the forums or sites about Heroes, so I don't know if this has been discussed a million times, so bear with me if you've already come across this. :)

At the beginning of each Heroes episode, you see an eclipse... the earth going in front of the sun. Therefore, we know that this is viewed from the perspective of somebody who is far away from the planet Earth.

Hiro, at the end of the last episode, looks up and sees the famous Heroes eclipse. Hmmm... we're assuming that it's an eclipse of the moon, since that's what we're used to. But it doesn't quite fit in with the Earth eclipsing the sun as we see each time an episode opens. I'm not saying that Hiro isn't on Earth, I'm just thinking that it might be a bit of a hint that there is some tie to an extraterrestrial power somewhere. Maybe that's the root of all of these strange powers somehow... Could this extremely evil and powerful man that the little girl spoke of be of some strange origin, not of this Earth?

Now for my real crackpot theory. :D That's no eclipse involving the sun and Earth at all. It's the Petrellis exploding, as seen from a distant point... some very powerful being, pulling the strings from lightyears away... Hmmm.... :)

AngelBaby says:

ummmm...yeeeah...

that's a bit of a stretch, i think.

Ray says:

I concur with AngelBaby. Having a powerful being far away would make it less believable and takes away the human element. It's too grandeur.

s_m_g says:

O.K. So would it be peter and his brother looking down on the earth, did they both blow up or did his brother chunk him and watch the fire works. did peter survive?

posted May 29

Dave says:

We'll have to wait until next season to find out if they survived. Of course, we're going to think that one thing happened, then it'll take a complete twist... :D

posted May 30

heshta says:

Now I want to watch it all over again. =)

posted May 30

Chuck says:

Yeah thats quite a Stretch there, I think the eclipse could have something to do with the idea of people being affected by aligning planets, some theorists believe having certain planets near one another or in line with other changes the energies around us.

If heroes brought in aliens I'd most likely stop watching..same with Lost.

posted Jun 6

Chuck says:

@ smg, yeah i think peter survived, it seems like who ever is wielding the pyro abilities is unchanged when they go off. Sprague was never burnt or harmed regardless of how big he exploded or how hot he burned.

posted Jun 11

David says:

In the "alternate future" episode where Hiro meets future Hiro and Peter lives in Vegas with Nikki, we know that Peter was the "bomb" that destroyed New York, not Sylar. Yet he's alive and in Vegas so I'd have to say yeah, Peter could survive exploding.

siclone says:

i think the ending was a little dissapointing. I was expecting sylar and peter to have much more of a battle than they did.

maybe sylar can morph into animals? Become a cockroach...

Dave says:

I really liked the last show. A lot of loose ends really came together, I thought. I'm actually glad that they didn't have a long battle, because it would have been too much like we're used to in superhero movies and stuff like that.

Now I'm just waiting to see what the deal is with the Japanese stuff...

posted May 28

Jay says:

The cockroach reference was a bookend... if you remember the Genesis episode starts off with Suresh talking about evolution, and god being a cockroach. ;)
