Well, plenty of people have told me I need to improve my profile (virb, not personal) but though I would like to (knowledge limitations being the main thing holding me back) to be honest, some of the best ones are the ones on here that haven't added every single flashy add-on they can find - some are so over-developed you have to 'remove customisation' just to see what they've written.
So yes, simple is good.
