Name: The Showdown
Genres: Metal, Southern Rock

If you can, go to a live show. The energy level is incredible. Both albums are really good, but their latest effort, "Temptation Come My Way" is far less technical than their debut release, "A Chorus Of Obliteration".

Jon-Kyle says:

Name: The Chariot
Genres: Hardcore, Noisecore, Metalcore
Key Songs: Phil Cosby, Die Interviewer
For Fans Of: Norma Jean, Underoath

Notes:
The Chariot can best be described as chaotic noise. The first album, "Everything Is Alive, Everything Is Breathing, Nothing Is Dead and Nothing Is Bleeding" has a raw sound to it, while the "Unsung EP" is more produced. Both are good choices.

Key Songs: Gusty Like The Wind, Caution Dangerous Curves Ahead, Dry The River
For Fans Of: Norma Jean, The Showdown, Anything Country

Notes:
It's hard to corner Maylene into one genre. The best way to describe them is: take johnny cash, put him in some tight pants and vans, give him some crazy long locks, a flying v and some KFC.
