I drink lots of infusions. I like tea & also buy loose herbs & spices (some usually just used for cooking) to try out. A lot of these plants have specific properties for well being too. Liquorice & aniseed make the mix sweet.

has anybody ever had a tea called red ndu? It's from the Cameroon. Some friends of mine bought it on the way home from Africa, I haven't been able to find it in the States. Beautiful red, rich, sweet tea. Love PG tips when I can get it, or Lapsang Soochon.
Great tea source....http://www.adagio.com/?SID=5089af86a8c8b73c76021251b14693c5

I live in China.
Have you ever heard of Pu er Cha?
It's a really famous tea in China.
It's both good for going on a diet and for a good health.
But I heard that it's not good for little kids because it reduces calcium content in our body.

Hello everybody,
Have you allready drink some sobacha, it's a japanese tea. In fact, that's not a real tea. It's an infusion of buckwheat. It's really delicious. I found it in a small valley called kiso valley. It's not so far from Nagoya in Japan. If one day, you will go there try it and eat some soba noddles. It's now possible to find some sobacha in some places.
