i don't give a shit about piercings, tattoos or naked girls. that's not my problem. it's the fucking name. i have wondered what suicide could possibly have to do with naked girls however many tattoos they have. so i went to the site to try to find out. and guess what? NOBODY knows! out of the like million or so suicide girls, they never thought about it much. there's a theory it came from the chuck palahniuk book survivor, where it must be mentioned in passing, because i don't remember it. then someone argues with that, and didn't like something about mr. palahniuk's portrayal of women, saying he must not know any intelligent strong women and what not. now, intelligent? fucking hell! you're fucking suicide girls! and none of you seem to know what the hell it means! then one girl said the name made her uneasy. one! then some douchebag said people who (paraphrasing) take exception to names make him queasy. i really want to wring some throats! i don't like the name, i never have. anyone who has been affected by it wouldn't. and there are a lot of us. it's callous. so fuck them!
suicide girls is the exploitation and the duping of young, not so bright girls into thinking that they are not being exploited. i read somewhere how much they get, and it's laughably little. and they're all high on how powerful and in charge they imagine they are. and someone else is cashing in on it.
and to further rant on the subject, suicide isn't cute, it isn't funny, it isn't sexy. it isn't clever. it's ill conceived and base to toss it about so trivially.
