CS 1.6 I like because
1. It seems smoother than source
2. less bugs
3. different skills are needed
Source I like because
1. It's fun
2. looks cute
3. more people play
4. I destroy my friends on lan
Source will be better than 1.6 soon, and Directv already picked it as there game of choice for CGS. :)

I found some unofficial mod called CS Pro but the graphics are somewhere between source and 1.6, definitely not better...
