I was sold to this market stand the minute I saw all those camera's & I loved the way it came out off lightroom with the antique light preset and some lens vignetting adjustments. I'm definately going to get a large print of this!

I love this. It's too dark to see the detail but it adds to the mystery.

How about some group avatar suggestion pics? I don't have time right now myself, but I'll try to come up with something later.

Hello,

I'm new to Virb and just wanted to say hi to everyone in this forum. I'm a professional photographer living in Texas and I'd be glad to add to any discussions in the group.

Thanks!

I was wondering if someone could tell me what Exif is? What does it mean? Is it better?

EJ says:

It's short for "Exchangeable image file format" but these days it usually just refers to the metadata tags that get added onto JPGs that your camera produces. EXIF data records things like Aperture, shutter speed, focal length and great deal more.

For example, here is a picture of mine on flickr where they show all the EXIF data. http://www.flickr.com/photo_exif.gne?id=1245555619

For a painfully long explanation, see Wikipedia's article:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EXIF

Hope that helps! :-)

Thank you. This is extremely helpful. Believe it or not I have a degree in photography (1990). I just bought my first digital recently. It's all so new. Exif sounds great. Sometimes I take a great photo and wonder what I did right. lol Now I can find out.
