I think I'm leaving this group. There are two Wii groups on Virb, and the other one has 167 more members than this one. Since there's not really a difference between the two, I'm thinking I only need one.

Please note, I neither created the other group, nor am I affiliated with the people who created that group. In fact, I joined this one first. But I think a richer community might be achieved if the two groups combined.

agreed. two groups covering the exact same thing seems silly. i belong to both as well. combining them makes sense.

Has anybody played Tiger Woods yet? Is it at all similar to Wii Sports Golf but on steroids?

I bought Super Swing Golf and while I like it, it isn't what I had hoped it would be.

I haven't played it, but have you seen the walkthrough online (I saw it on youtube) it's say it's a lot different. For one you can shake the remote while the ball is in the air to "spin" it. You also tilt the remote for different swings, like hooks and slices.

What is everyone a pro at in Wii sports?

I'm a tennis pro, and I'm also surprisingly an undefeated boxer.

I've not played Wii Sports enough to become a pro at anything yet (Zelda has eaten my life!), but of the lot, I'm closest to being a pro in Boxing. As a consequence, my arms are becoming surprisingly toned. :P

I know what you mean about the golf, I don't have that kind of patience. Somehow I have a 978 in it though. I could never get the last hole without going over the stroke limit until yesterday.

I am now also a golf pro.

the videos i've seen are impressive. but i'll wait 'til i see the reviews. it still looks a little kid-oriented to me.

i was a fan of the original paper mario, so this one looks like fun.

@mrshl: Yeah, I'm taking a wait and see approach too, but the screenshots I've seen look really cool. I've bought two Nintendo games in the last month and ended up trading them back in within days, so I'm determined to not let that happen again.

I'm highly anticipating this one, from the screens and gameplay videos I've seen it looks great.

Looks fun and I'm already tempted to buy instead of rent (i've caught the GameFly bug)...plus I'm a sucker for Mario games.
